IAN is working very hard to improve its services to our
current and future families. IAN is making major efforts to respond to input
from families on the items they would like to see improved. IAN is very
interested in receiving more feedback from the families in order to address the
issues our families would like to see improved or changed. Please feel free to
fill out a survey directly from the family section of our website or if you
prefer call Bill directly at the office, I would be happy to speak with you
directly.
IAN staff will be traveling to Ethiopia and Uganda next
month to begin to facilitate some of the necessary changes in order to improve
our service to our families. IAN is very serious about the feedback we have
received and is taking actions to see that the issues that were brought to the
attention of IAN will be addressed directly.
